Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fathom, a YouTube-to-revenue analytics tool for content creators. By using Fathom you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Fathom connects a creator's YouTube channels (and, optionally, their Stripe account) to report how individual videos perform and which ones drive subscriptions. Access is read-only: Fathom requests only read-only YouTube scopes and, for Stripe, a restricted read-only key. It cannot create, edit, upload, or delete anything on your connected accounts.

Accounts and access

Fathom is invite-only; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of team members you invite to your workspace. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access data belonging to workspaces you aren't a member of.
• Don't probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
• Don't use Fathom to violate the terms of YouTube, Google, Stripe, or any applicable law.

Your data

How Fathom accesses, uses, stores, and lets you delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a channel or Stripe at any time from Settings, and you may revoke Fathom's access from your Google Account permissions.

Third-party services

Fathom relies on YouTube, Google, and Stripe APIs. Your use of those underlying services is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Fathom isn't responsible for changes those providers make to their data or availability.

No warranty

Fathom is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Metrics are derived from third-party data and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate; don't rely on them as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fathom and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
